Food-contact silicone materials can be selected according to the application and requested standard. Please confirm the target market, product use and testing requirements before quotation.

What silicone hardness is recommended?

The suitable hardness depends on the wall thickness, bite comfort, connector strength and product structure. We can recommend a hardness range after reviewing the drawing or sample.

Can the bite texture be customized?

Yes. Raised dots, ribs, fine textures and other anti-slip patterns can be incorporated into the mold.

Can you match a Pantone color?

Yes. Please provide the Pantone number or a physical color sample. A pre-production color sample can be prepared for approval when necessary.

Can you add our logo?

Yes. Logos, product numbers and identification marks can be molded into the silicone surface as embossed or debossed features.

Do you offer samples before mass production?

Yes. Samples are normally produced after the mold is completed. Mass production begins after the sample, color, dimensions and assembly performance are approved.
